Laurie's writing career, like World War I, began with the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand. That's all she remembers about that sixth grade play, or WWI. At Michigan State, her commencement address got a standing ovation from 8,000 people and made her feel like Han Solo in the "Star Wars" throne room scene. She got her Master of Professional Writing at University of Southern California, but refers to it as an MFA because MPW sounds made up. She writes TV dramas, comedies and miniseries. Speeches Delivered lets her collaborate with really interesting clients and help them celebrate significant moments. She wants them to get to feel like Han Solo.
Mike Langworthy is a lawyer-turned-standup comedian-turned sitcom writer-turned showrunner-turned multimedia producer. In addition to the JD, he holds an MFA in Creative Writing from University Of Southern Maine. At his mother's funeral, his eulogy began with a list of "Marge Langworthy's Top Ten Reasons for Dying At This Time." At the end, the funeral director said, "I don't want you to take this the wrong way, but this is the most fun I've ever had at a funeral."
Allan Rice has been writing since he was a small child, but now everything is far more legible. Having grown up in Los Angeles, he eventually moved out to Boston for college and graduated with a BA in Clinical Psychology from Tufts University. He then disappointed his parents by moving home and getting into the comedy writing business. Since then he has performed standup and improv comedy, written for TV shows and stage musicals. In addition to writing speeches for many occasions and people over the years, he has also had the privilege of performing wedding ceremonies. He has helped others through the wedding process with great empathy, as he has recently gone through it himself. Despite his successes, his mother still reminds him he could have gone to law school.

Chuck Hayward was born and raised in the entertainment Mecca of Wilmington, Delaware. Tired of being the only black person in the entire state, Chuck got the hell out to attend Syracuse University. Upon graduating, Chuck immediately dove into Hollywood. Although he related to the nightlife-loving characters he worked with on "Entourage," we think he's more like the caring, funny, orphan-raising uncle at the center of his current show, "Wendell & Vinnie."
